Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (extra cost)

• Free Shipping: Orders over $100 (domestic only)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and courier.

International Shipping
We ship to select countries. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs, or courier issues.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos. For lost packages, first contact the carrier. If unresolved, contact us and we’ll assist.
